This program represents our commitment to providing meaningful added value through an automated points accumulation system, flexible redemption options, and exclusive member privileges across Central Retail’s ecosystem.

I. Overview of The 1 Loyalty Program

1. What is The 1 Program?

The 1 Vietnam is a loyalty program applicable to all brands under Central Retail Vietnam.

2. Applicable Locations

The program is applicable at all supermarkets, stores, and online sales channels (websites) of GO!, go!, Tops Market, Supersports, Crocs, HOKA, Dyson, Speedo, Under Armour, Columbia, and KUBO. The program does not apply at Kubo Premium Kids Cafe located at 968 3/2 Street, Phu Tho Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

3. Eligibility

All individuals aged 16 years old and above are eligible to participate.

II. Benefits of Joining The 1 Loyalty Program

By becoming a The 1 member, you can instantly unlock comprehensive benefits applied consistently across Central Retail Vietnam’s (CRV) extensive network of leading brands.

1. Earn Points

Enjoy attractive points accumulation when shopping: 200 VND = 1 point. For every 200 VND spent, members will earn 1 point.

Point earning example: When purchasing an order worth 1,000,000 VND, you will instantly receive 5,000 points into your account.

Applicable conditions:

✔️ Benefits apply to both in-store purchases and online purchases through official brand websites.

🎁 Join The 1 & Enjoy Bonus Points:

From June 16 to July 31, when registering as a The 1 member, customers will receive an exclusive x10 points multiplier for their first order*.

(*) The first order refers to the first purchase transaction made by a new account at any brand within the Central Retail ecosystem (including GO!, Tops Market, Crocs, Supersports, Dyson, Hoka, Under Armour, Columbia, etc.). The x10 points promotion does not apply if the account has previously recorded purchase history at any of these brands. Bonus points will be credited to the account within 5 minutes after the order status is updated to “Delivered Successfully” on the website.

2. Redeem Points

With your accumulated points, you can redeem rewards and enjoy shopping benefits through the following redemption methods:

2.1. Pay with Points

Accumulated points have the same value as cash at the rate of 1 point = 1 VND. The minimum redemption amount is 10,000 points, and redemption can be made with an odd number of points.

Example: 10,000 points are equivalent to a 10,000 VND discount.

Accumulated points can be used as a direct discount on invoices when shopping in-store or placing orders online through the website. If you place an order on Crocs.com.vn and select point redemption but do not complete your order within 15 minutes from the time of redemption, the system will automatically return all redeemed points to your account.

2.2 Redeem Points into Cash Voucher

With your accumulated points, you can redeem points into Cash Vouchers for future purchases.

The minimum redemption amount is 10,000 points. The number of redeemed points must be in multiples of 1,000 (e.g., 10,000, 11,000, 12,000 points, etc.).

Cash Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the redemption date. The system does not support point refunds for expired vouchers that have not been used.

2.3 Redeem Points into Brand Shopping Vouchers

Through the points redemption program, customers can easily redeem their accumulated points to receive valuable shopping vouchers exclusively available for each brand or the entire Central Retail ecosystem. The required points and validity period of each voucher may vary depending on specific campaigns at different times. Stay updated with the "Hunting Voucher" section to quickly grab the hottest The 1 vouchers!

Note: You can only redeem The 1 points and vouchers after completing your account information update, including full name, date of birth, gender, and address.

III. How to Join The 1 Loyalty Program

To create a The 1 account, customers need to provide the following basic information:

1. Full name
2. Date of birth
3. Gender
4. Phone number
5. Address
6. Email address (optional)

1. How to Register for a The 1 Membership Account

There are two ways to register for a The 1 membership account at Crocs Vietnam:

1.1 Register at Store

Customers can register for The 1 membership at the cashier counter. Simply provide your registered phone number and complete OTP verification to become a The 1 member and start earning points.

1.2 Register Online at Crocs.com.vn

With just a few simple steps, you can become a member of The 1 community at Crocs Vietnam, enjoy the Welcome Offer, and start earning exclusive points.

2. Important Notes When Registering for The 1 Membership

• Each customer is only allowed to register one (01) Membership Account and use one (01) mobile phone number.

• If you have registered an account at the store but have not yet set up a PIN code, when accessing Crocs.com.vn, you will be required to log in, create a PIN code, and set up a security question to complete the registration process.

• You can use your PIN code for each login to your The 1 account and use the security question to recover your account if you forget your PIN.

• After 365 days from your account creation date, you have the option to re-register a new account with this phone number. Once you proceed with a new registration, all accumulated points and transactions from the previous account will be deactivated.

• By registering as a member, you agree to comply with the Terms and Conditions of this Program, the Program’s Personal Data Protection Policy, and other policies published by Crocs during the membership registration process.

IV. How The 1 Program Works at Crocs Vietnam

The 1 program mechanism is designed to optimize customers’ shopping experience:

1. Points Accumulation Process:

Step 1: Provide the phone number registered with your The 1 account to store staff or log in to your account on Crocs Vietnam website (see detailed login instructions here).

Step 2: Proceed with your purchase and payment.

Notes when shopping on Crocs.com.vn:

1. Orders placed without logging into your account will not be eligible for The 1 points accumulation.
2. Points will be automatically credited to your account within 5 minutes after the delivery unit confirms that the order has been successfully delivered on the system.

2. Points Validity Period:

Points are valid for 12 months from the date the points are earned.

The system will automatically expire accumulated points on the last day of each month after the 12-month validity cycle. Example: Points earned in June 2026 will be valid until June 30, 2027.

3. Account Management:

Customers can easily check their points balance directly on the checkout page or through the membership account page on crocs.com.vn.

V. Membership Benefits and Tiers at Crocs Vietnam Website

📌 Important Notes:

- Member tier classification and the associated benefits are applicable only on Crocs.com.vn and do not apply at Crocs Vietnam retail stores.

- Total spending on Crocs.com.vn used to calculate cumulative spending and determine member tier upgrades must meet both of the following conditions:

1. You have placed at least one order on Crocs.com.vn on or after January 1, 2024.
2. The order status is Delivered (successfully completed).

1. How Many Membership Tiers Are Available for Crocs Online Vietnam Loyalty Members?

After activating your The 1 account, every purchase transaction on the Crocs website will be recorded towards your accumulated spending value to determine your membership tier. The system will automatically upgrade your membership tier once you reach the corresponding spending threshold below:

Your membership tier will be maintained based on your total accumulated spending, allowing you to continue enjoying long-term benefits.

Note: Total spending on Crocs.com.vn used to determine accumulated spending and membership tier upgrades must meet the following two conditions:

• Orders must be placed on Crocs.com.vn from January 1, 2024 onwards.

Note: Redeeming The 1 points when paying for an order does not affect the membership tier or benefits that customers have previously achieved.

VI. Other Regulations of The 1 Loyalty Program at Crocs Vietnam

1. By registering as a The 1 member, you agree to receive program-related information through Crocs Vietnam’s official communication channels.

2. Customers must log in to their account before performing any points earning or redemption activities.

3. The The 1 Loyalty Program may not be combined with certain other promotions depending on the promotion period and applicable conditions.

4. Accumulated points cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.

5. Each order can apply a maximum of 5 vouchers / rewards points. If the total value of applied vouchers exceeds the order value, the system will display an error and you will not be able to complete payment.

6. Points cannot be earned when purchasing with The 1 Vouchers.

7. Points cannot be earned for payments made using redeemed points.

8. Please update and verify your email address to easily and quickly recover your membership account in case you forget your PIN.
