WARRANTY POLICY

Crocs Vietnam warrants all of its Crocs™ products purchased by consumers either directly from website Crocs.com.vn, to be free from manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not extend to:

  - Products unsold by website Crocs.com.vn.

  - This warranty does not apply to any defects in the Products arising from normal usage, fair wear and tear.

  - Damage by you, or any alteration or repair carried out without our approval.

  - The spray paint coating is not warranted to the product in the Crocs spray paint collections.

Your product will be covered under warranty if it meets all the conditions stated above. If eligible, please contact us using the information below, provide the required details, and follow the guidance from our support staff for the fastest resolution. • The order number provided in the order confirmation email.

If you cannot provide the above information, or if the product has exceeded the 30-day warranty period, we regret that we are unable to apply the warranty policy. However, Crocs is always happy to advise and assist you in finding another product that better suits your needs.
