Participating in The 1 membership program when shopping at Crocs Vietnam helps you accumulate reward points for every eligible order and enjoy many attractive, exclusive membership offers. Accumulated points can be used to redeem offers in accordance with the policies of The 1 program.

I. How to Accumulate Points Online at Crocs.com.vn Website

When shopping online at the Crocs Vietnam website, you can accumulate points by following these steps:

Note: Points will be credited to the order within 5 minutes after the shipping courier confirms successful delivery on the system.

You can check your The 1 points at any time on the member account page of Crocs Vietnam (log in to view now), or your accumulated points will be shown on the purchase invoice as illustrated in the image.

Important notes when participating in The 1 Point Accumulation:

- When shopping online at the crocs.com.vn website, please log in to your member account before making a purchase to be eligible for point accumulation.

- Crocs Vietnam does not support adding points for cases where you are not logged into your account at the time of purchase.

- Accumulated points are rounded down to the nearest whole integer. For example: 50.8 → 50; 123.4 → 123.

II. How to Redeem Points Online at Crocs.com.vn Website

Point redemption rate: 10,000 points = 10,000 VND

Note: You can only redeem reward points and vouchers from The 1 after completing your account profile update (including: full name, date of birth, gender, and address).

1. Redeem Points for Direct Payment

Accumulated points can be used for direct deduction on your invoice when shopping in-store or ordering online on the website.

In case you place an order on the Crocs.com.vn website and have successfully redeemed your points but do not complete placing the order within 15 minutes from the time of redemption, the system will automatically return all of those points to your account.

2. Redeem Points into Cash Vouchers

With accumulated points, customers can convert points into Cash Vouchers to use.

The minimum redemption level is 10,000 points. The amount of redeemed points must be a multiple of 1,000 (For example: 10,000, 11,000, 12,000 points, etc.).

Cash vouchers will have an expiration period of 3 months from the date of redemption. The system does not support points refund for expired vouchers that have not been used.

3. Redeem Points into Brand-Specific Shopping Vouchers

With the point-redemption program, you can easily convert your accumulated points to receive highly valuable shopping vouchers dedicated to each brand, or across the entire system. The required points for redemption and the expiration date of each voucher type will be flexibly adjusted depending on specific campaigns at different times.
