- For customers using Crocs for the first time: after referring to the Size Guide and choosing the corresponding size, please reduce 1 size from the suggested size. For example, you are wearing size 37 Vietnam corresponding to Crocs M5W7, with Mega Crush Classic Sandals, please reduce 1 size to M4W6 for a better fit.
- For customers who have used Crocs Classic product lines: please reduce 1 size compared to the current Clog Classic line. For example, you are wearing Clog Classic size M7W9, with this product you should wear size M6W8.
