CLICK&COLLECT - SHOP YOUR WAY
To improve and aim to provide a multi-utility shopping experience for our customers. From December 26, 2024, Crocs Vietnam officially launched Crocs Click&Collect - Buy online, pick up in store service. This feature helps you be more proactive and save more on shopping costs.
1. What is Crocs Click&Collect?
Crocs Click&Collect is a form of online shopping through the website crocs.com.vn, then choose a physical store to pick up the goods. This form of shopping is applied to some popular products of Crocs Vietnam, not applied to all products.

2. What are the benefits of using Click&Collect?
Crocs Vietnam with a nationwide store system will bring you the most flexible and optimal shopping experience.
3. Return / Exchange products
In case you need to exchange/return a product for a Click&Collect order, you need to note the following issues:
3.1 Before completing a Click&Collect order:
+) Change size: store staff will help you change to another size (if available), without any extra cost.
+) Change other color / product: in this case, you need to pay 100% for the new product at the store. The paid Click&Collect order will be canceled and the refund process will be carried out according to return / exchange policy (section 4) of Website crocs.com.vn, from 7 to 10 working days.
3.2 After completing a Click&Collect order:
Any requests to change size / color / other products after completing an order at the store will be subject to the return policy of the website crocs.com.vn:
- Customers submit return requests through Crocs support channels.
- Crocs will simultaneously recall the old Click&Collect order and deliver the new order to the customer's designated location.
- Crocs DON'T support returns for Click&Collect orders at the store system.

5. Important note
- Orders with Click&Collect products must be paid 100% in advance through online payment methods at Website Crocs.com.vn.
- You will receive a notification via Zalo to confirm that your order is ready at the pick-up point. Please wait for this notification before picking up your order.
- You have up to 7 days to receive your Click&Collect order after receiving the “order ready” notification via Zalo. After this time, the order will be canceled and the money will be refunded to the original payment account within 7-10 working days (depending on the bank you use).
- When you come to receive the goods, you need to open the Zalo application and provide the message confirming the packaged order to the store staff to verify the transaction. In case you ask someone else to receive the goods, the store staff will contact you via phone number to authenticate the recipient before handing over the goods.
