REDEEM THE 1 POINTS FOR CASH VOUCHERS

 

1. Conditions for Redeeming The 1 Points for Cash Vouchers:

You must register as a The 1 member to enjoy this benefit. Please register here.

You must complete your personal profile information update on The 1 to be eligible for point redemption.

You must accumulate a minimum of 10,000 points to redeem points for Cash Vouchers.

You may be required to enter your PIN code for security verification when redeeming vouchers.

2. Conditions for Using The 1 Cash Vouchers:

You will receive a Cash Voucher equivalent to the number of redeemed points (for example: a 100,000 VND Voucher for 100,000 points).

The Cash Voucher can be used at participating Central Retail Vietnam brands’ stores and websites, including: GO!, go!, Tops Market, Supersports, Crocs, HOKA, Dyson, Speedo, Under Armour, Columbia, and KUBO. The voucher does not apply at Kubo Premium Kids Cafe located at 968 Đường 3 Tháng 2, Phường Phú Thọ, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

The Cash Voucher is valid for 90 days from the redemption date.

Please present the voucher barcode to the cashier (for in-store purchases) or apply the voucher to your shopping cart (for website purchases) before completing payment.

Each voucher can only be used once and for a single transaction only.

The voucher or any remaining balance cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

Vouchers used for purchases on the Website can only be returned in case of order cancellation or full order refund. Vouchers will not be returned for partially refunded or partially returned orders.

Cash Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be shared with others.

You will only earn points based on the actual spending amount after applying discounts from Cash Vouchers.
