Exchange and return time:
- Full price products: only return within 15 days.
- Promotional products: only applicable for exchange with the same product code within 5 days.
Exchange and return costs:
- You are free of charge to return the product if the product is returned due to a manufacturer error, or when you make a request to change the product size.
- For the remaining cases, please pay the refund fee of 40,000 VND.
