How to use the dashboard of the Online Loyalty program

To thank customers for always trusting and accompanying Crocs Vietnam, Crocs has launched an Online Loyalty program with attractive benefits when shopping at crocs.com.vn. Please see the user guide below for more useful information when joining the program.


How to access the Loyalty system

To access Loyalty system, please follow these steps:

Step1: Click on the “Loyalty” icon displayed on the left corner of the desktop / moblie screen.

Step 2: Here, if you have not logged into your account before, please click on the LOG IN box displayed on the screen to access the registered Online Loyalty account. If you do not have a Crocs Vietnam account, please click SIGN UP or register here.

Thus, you have successfully logged into your Loyalty account at Crocs Vietnam.

How to use Loyalty system

Upon successful access to Loyalty account, the system's features will be in the left column of the screen. You directly click on each item to use the features to be manipulated.

At the top will be information about the number of points accumulated for each Loyalty account:

1. Available points is the number of points remaining after you perform the redemption activity. You can continue to use these points to redeem points for Crocs shopping next time. The points will automatically expire if you do not make any purchases on the Crocs.com.vn website for 365 days.

2. Lifetime points is the total number of points that you have earned through the earning points activities of Crocs Vietnam. This is also the score that determines your Membership Tier.

3. Redeem times is the number of times the system records your successful point redemption.

To better understand the features of Crocs Vietnam's Loyalty data management system, please see the functional description of each item in the details below:

I. Earn points

After you successfully log in to your Loyalty account, the Points Accumulation activities screen will display as shown and you can start doing points accumulation activities such as: accessing the website every day, evaluating products products, purchase points, follow Crocs on social networking sites, refer friends...


*Note: For accounts created before August 15, 2023, points will not be recorded for the "Create an account" activity.

II. Redeem points

If you have performed a redemption operation at the Shopping Cart page but have not used the discount code immediately, all discount codes will be saved in the Redeem section. To continue using the offer, please click on the discount code to copy this discount code and use it at the checkout page. See details on how to redeem Loyalty points in the Shopping Cart page here.

III. Points report

In the section Redemption history, the system will record all the activities that you have done since activating your Loyalty account and the number of points accumulated for each successful operation.

IV. Membership tier

When accessing the Ranking System section, customers will see information about benefits corresponding to your current rank.

V. Refer a friend

In the Refer a friend section, you will receive 01 referral link and 01 separate discount code for each account (discount code and your referral link are fixed information). If the referred account has a successful order with the value of 500,000 VND / order, you will receive the corresponding cumulative score book.
