How to redeem membership points at Crocs Vietnam

By earning points through interesting activities such as: visiting the website, reviewing products, purchasing at website, following Crocs on social networking sites, etc. You will be able to redeem your points for pay for the next order, and determine the membership tier according to the earned points to receive more exclusive offers such as birthday offers, free shipping, priority to update new products, priority buy early for attractive promotions,... 

To redeem the earned points and use them for the next order, after choosing the product you like and adding it to your cart, please follow these steps:

STEP 1: Select VIEW CART and check the selected products again.

STEP 2:

At the shopping cart page, if you have not logged into your account before, please click on the registration / login link displayed on the screen to access the registered Online Loyalty account. If you do not have a Crocs Vietnam account, please register here.

STEP 3:

After you have successfully logged into your account, Crocs will display a notification of the score you have accumulated. Customers can enter the number of points they want to redeem (minimum 10,000 points for 1 redemption) to apply for the order to be paid.

Here, after entering the number of points, you choose USE to confirm the number of points to redeem, a discount code will be automatically generated. Click on the icon next to it to copy this discount code and use it for your order to prepare to pay. You can enter the discount code in the Coupon Code box (number 1 as shown) or apply the code at the Check Out page (click the number 2 as shown in the picture to go to the Check Out page).

STEP 4: Check your personal information / shipping address at the CHECK OUT page. When entering the discount code, your redemption points will be deducted directly on the order.

After entering all the discount offers, please click CONTINUE TO SHIPPING to confirm shipping costs and complete the ordering process through the website.

General regulations

- Point conversion rate: 1 point is equivalent to 1 VND

- For member classes that are entitled to the benefit of extra bill 2%, 5% discount... for all orders, it cannot be applied simultaneously with the discount program by redeeming accumulated points. Therefore, when applying to redeem points, please enter a higher number of points than the amount being automatically reduced according to membership benefits so that the system will prioritize applying the best discount to the order.

- For orders that apply discount by redeeming points and have successfully transacted: the accumulated points of this activity will be converted on the actual amount paid by the customer (excluding shipping fees and pay with accumulated points).

- In case you have redeemed the discount code but have not used it immediately for the order to be paid, the discount code will be stored in the Redeem section. Customers can continue to use the code when they need to shop at the website.
